Abandoned gear hazard, Loch Skipport, South Uist

A report from Clyde Cruising Club:

In the main outer part of Loch Skipport, South Uist, there are two abandoned mussel ropes, with no buoys on them, running E-W in approx position:

W007°14.7

These long ropes now have no flotation buoys to support them, are heavily covered in weed, and are not at all obvious. The ropes are about 20-30m apart.
