Cable Surveys Sound of Eriskay, Skye-Harris and off Loch Pooltiel, Skye to 1 October 2025

Aspect Land & Hydrographic Surveys Ltd (on behalf of SHEPD) will be undertaking subsea cable inspections in the Sound of Eriskay, between Skye and Harris and in an area off Loch Pooltiel, Skye. The works are expected to conclude by 1st October 2025.

Vessels are requested to pass at a safe speed and provide a minimum clearance of 500m (COLREGs Rule 16 & 18) during marine operations. All vessels will monitor VHF Channel 16 throughout survey operations.
